We gather all the amazing facts about your organization, your core values, culture and management styles and out together a draft to send to the candidates so they make an informed choice to work with your organization!

I interview the candidates before being presented to you (Client). This is to ensure I have got all the facts right and aligned to your search for the right fit! I conduct a phone screening process, a zoom interview and then schedule a final virtual interview (if preferred by both parties) as a final round.

I also conduct all the reference checks and negotiations to complete the full recruitment cycle. All-in-one package!
